So, this is confusing as a newbie. Can or can’t I use purchased mockups for my t-shirt and hoodie designs?

I shopped on TikTok probably 10 times and love it very fast. I also love Temu maybe 3 things not great and I shop a lot on that site. I also was approved to be a TikTok seller, but I am confused with how everything is set up. I haven’t really been focusing on it. I think I’ll go back and try again.

What about people on Etsy that sell digital downloads of vintage patterns no longer in print? A have a lot of those and wanted to sell digital copies of the patterns. However so I know if this is legal since they are no longer available? Thx.

How is each listing determined by Etsy as being worth giving free traffic to. Is all this done by AI program? Does a human ever look at the listing.

Ads and SEO please. Also a question - I am thinking that my titles need to be changed from when I first put up my listings three years ago. Is it true though that renaming your listings messes things up?

Thank you for making this video and discussing this topic. It at the very least makes me feel less alone is this issue. Etsy has deativated 2 of my listings recently for handmade policy. I am a 100 % handmade, its just me making all my own designs from scratch. I have built my business with Etsy for 4 years. They have just this week removed my bestseller. Just because it got knocked off too many times on Temu, stolen images. My shop traffic has been cut in half. Its financially and emotionally devastating, I have lost all motivation to make new listings. All handmade crafters such as myself know that the IP theft is endless and impossible to remove it all. As long as Etsy continues to have this policy in place, of taking down listings, when their bots find stolen images on other platforms, Etsy will not be a sustainable place to build a business.

So do I understand that they rank by likelyhood of conversion, but even if you have multiple listings that convert better than competitors, they will only give you "x" amount of real estate in the search results? Didn't they do this back around 2015/2016 with the other guy? i.e. you got one listing per page of search results, which they eventually walked back.

Etsy is definitely a scam! They charge new or returning sellers a fee to help enhance security and fraud prevention however after that, they hold your money for 20 days and then an additional week if it’s under $25!!! They take a lot of fees out for everything. There’s no way to be successful on this site. I don’t believe they’re are legitimately operating especially here in the USA

All tech companies are at google, fb, ins, tik tok amazon, ebay, and on it goes, they are all trying there best to stop and cut down sales, as fast as they can, and the people in charge are making that much money and have lost that loving feeling, they seem to gleam that they have shut another account down for stupid idiot reasons, and often cant over ride the Ai etc its simple leave and dont use them, get your own web site, the "staff" wont help as often they are jealous that you are make more money than them so they will not help and make the rules as they seem fit in this case "engineers" says it all
